Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time executive now exceeds $250,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you are also likely considering equity grants, certainly for co-founders, and thus diluting your equity as well.
With the monthly plan, you are paying only a fraction of the cost, you have access to otherwise unrecruitable talent, there is not dilution, and you can pause and resume your subscription any time!

Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one for Vanguard members and two at time for Visionary members.

On average, most requests are completed within just 48 hours or less. However, more complex requests can take longer, depending on the work task itself.

Work tasks are delegated to the best CoCEO with the relevant subject matter expertise and availability. Visionary members also have the ability to request and queue for specific CoCEOs should they want to work with a specific individual.

We understand you may not have enough executive work to fill up the entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

CoCEO offers a ton of flexibility in how you request work using Trello and Slack. Some common ways clients request work is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or draft files, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their thoughts out, although we do recommend it). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game. You will also have access to Slack for follow up, updates, and continue asynchronous communication.

No problem at all, we will work with you to revise the work product until you are 100% satisfied.

That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return  when you have additional needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
